Checking to see if any traders out there have some 1984 Topps Baseball, I’ve got plenty of the same or 82’s or a few 83’s to offer back. Need 66 to finish it off.

Years ago, in days of old, when magic filled the air…as in pre-Covid days an aging Gen X’er returning to the hobby could find raw card deals on eBay in lots or singles to build sets he had never dreamed of finishing. Freshly Tuxedo’ed up now they ain’t beauties but, hey, they’re alright.

Another Saturday card show with the Grandson, loads to action for the Pokémon stuff he likes, very busy, only one vintage guy so I had to support with a wide variety purchase

First card show in months with the Grandson, the hobby appears to be alive and well. Absolutely packed, buying, selling, trading. Vast majority is new stuff but lots of interest in it. Couldn’t pass on the 40’s/50’s trash can and 53 Bowman reprint set, Hostess as well
The continuing project of adding a game program from the set year in a binder has another addition, 1976. The logos are fantastic, especially the National League Centennial

Nice mail day on a long worked on set, twenty received in. Leaves just seven to finish it off. 1951 Bowman Jets Rockets Spacemen, 73 years old, the kids buying these back then must be disappointed that we didn’t achieve more in space travel since then.
Monthly card show with the Grandson, he’s learning the ropes of the Pokémon card world and I keep in my lane. Found these 1968 Stand Ups, some Minis and there was no way I was leaving behind Kojak and Crocker.
Card Show Saturday with the Grandson, little vintage there at all but loads of young guys working deals on new stuff, hobby seems to be doing well still, good to see! Question now is, do I chase this TCMA Postcard Set? 156 of them in total if I’m right.
