AI needs computing power and now that market is coming onchain
Injective has launched $SICI, an index that tracks the rental prices of five NVIDIA GPUs used for AI
➤ And this is where things get interesting:
➥ Tracks AI compute costs: $SICI follows the rental prices of GPUs like the H100, H200 and B200
➥ One index, five GPUs: It combines five models into a single benchmark with the H100 carrying the biggest weight
➥ Trade it onchain: Traders can go long or short through perpetual futures using USDC with up to 10x leverage
➥ More than speculation: AI companies and compute providers could eventually use these markets to hedge against changes in GPU rental prices
➥ One important thing: $SICI gives you exposure to price movements not actual GPU access
AI compute is becoming a market of its own and Injective is bringing it onchain

Injective is moving into onchain options. 🥷
Just a day after introducing the Super Intelligence Compute Index ($SICI), @injective has unveiled Injective Options, now live on testnet.
The initial rollout includes six markets: $SICI, the US500, US Tech, gold, silver and oil. The options are fully collateralized calls and puts backed by native Injective USDC.
The bigger story is what developers can do with this infrastructure.
Instead of building an options exchange from scratch, developers can use it as a foundation for their own derivatives products. Institutions could explore tailored hedging strategies, while users get another way to access onchain markets.
Of course, testnet availability is only the first step. What matters next is whether developers build useful products around it and whether those markets attract real activity.
That’s what I’ll be watching as Injective expands beyond its existing markets. $INJ

Injective is making a serious move into South Korea’s financial market
Injective has partnered with BDACS to explore bringing KRW1 into its RWA ecosystem
✤ But why does this actually matter?
➪ Local currency settlement: KRW1 is backed 1:1 by the Korean Won, giving institutions a way to settle tokenized assets in their own currency
➪ Less reliance on USD: Korean institutions could settle onchain without always needing to convert into dollar backed stablecoins
➪ Real world assets: This builds on Injective work with POSCO International and LG CNS to tokenize real trade receivables
➪ Institutional adoption: A local currency settlement option could make it easier for Korean businesses to explore onchain finance
The partnership is still at the MOU stage so regulation and real adoption will be key
But Injective is building beyond crypto trading. It’s working toward an ecosystem where real financial assets can be issued, traded and settled onchain
that’s where things get interesting.

Last week, @injective partnered with @BDACSKorea , the issuer of KRW1, a won-backed stablecoin designed to bring Korea’s currency into the onchain economy.
Here’s a few things to note:
➫ KRW1 is coming to Injective, giving the ecosystem a native Korean won settlement asset.
➫ RWAs can be settled in KRW, meaning tokenized assets can move onchain without relying entirely on USD-denominated stablecoins.
➫ Korean institutions can bring assets onchain, with BDACS providing the infrastructure around the won.
➫ Compliance is built into the system, making it easier to bring regulated financial assets into an onchain environment.
And this comes as Injective’s RWA ecosystem continues to grow, with over $7.5B in RWA volume already processed and more than $1B in tokenized assets issued onchain.
Injective is starting to bring real-world currencies and financial markets with them.

while many crypto projects are still figuring out how to approach the U.S. regulatory environment, Injective has been working on this for years.
we're already seeing some results....
let me share a few ⤵️
- SEC Registered Transfer Agent: Injective Institutional Services can provide regulated ownership recordkeeping services for tokenized securities.
- CFTC Regulated Futures: $INJ futures are already listed on regulated U.S. markets.
- Institutional Tokenization: Injective is building infrastructure for bringing stocks, funds and other real-world assets onchain.
- Policy & Regulation: Injective's legal and policy teams are directly engaging with U.S. lawmakers and regulators to discuss digital assets, tokenization and onchain finance.
btw,, don't forget the Injective Summit in Washington DC, where policymakers and industry leaders came together to discuss the future of blockchain-based finance.
but here's what i personally find interesting...
we often talk about how blockchain can change traditional finance, but also need legal frameworks, compliance infrastructure, institutional relationships & actual conversations with the people making the rules.
that's exactly the area Injective is trying to strengthen. these conversations, combined with its existing regulatory milestones, could help prepare the ecosystem for future opportunities.
imagine more institutions being able to issue tokenized assets, manage ownership records and access onchain financial markets within clearer regulatory frameworks.
that's the bigger picture i'm watching.
for me, this isn't about expecting the $INJ price to pump because of a Washington meeting 😂
