My dear Tomodachis, I'm sick with fever again, I was supposed to stream today to celebrate my 2 year anniversary since I started streaming. I don’t even know where to begin. Looking back.. it’s been a journey I never could have imagined. It started hard. Right after my debut, I had to have a tumor removed - twice. Recovery was slow, and I couldn’t perform the way I wanted to. I felt like I was letting you down before I even started. On top of that, I’ve been fighting my own battles with depression and a neurological condition called RLS, which makes resting a struggle. Even now, keeping healthy and gaining weight is a daily challenge. The list goes on which makes streaming regularly very hard and I sometimes have to cancel last minute due to my autoinflammatory disease, which is your body's "first responder" immune system malfunctions. Like an overzealous bodyguard, it goes on the offensive without a real threat. Instead of fighting a virus or bacteria, it triggers continuous, damaging inflammation that mistakenly targets your own healthy joints, skin, or organs. - Unexplained, recurring fevers. - Painful, swollen joints. - Abdominal or chest pain. However, then, last year, came the hardest news. My mom was diagnosed with cancer. We still don’t know what the future holds, and I’m terrified. I lost my dad when I was young, and the thought of losing her.. it’s a fear that sits with me every day. But in all of this darkness, you - this community - have been my light. Your messages, your support during streams, your simple presence in chat.. you’ve given me a strength I didn’t know I had. Because of you, I became a Twitch Partner, even streaming just twice a week. You believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. I want you to know: I am not giving up. I am going to keep fighting. I’ve been working tirelessly on a big new project - my 2.0 VTuber debut, coming early June. It’s a fresh start, a new me, and I poured my heart into making it for you.
