What does a shopkeeper’s notebook have to do with financing a building? Tokenization uses blockchain to digitally represent rights over real-world assets, such as a building or a solar plant, so that different investors can participate through digital fractions. In El Salvador, this sector has a specific legal framework: the Digital Assets Issuance Law and the CNAD. At Rush Ecosystems, we drive tokenization within the applicable regulatory framework. Does your company have an asset that could benefit from tokenization? Let’s talk: link in bio. For informational purposes only. This does not constitute an offer of digital assets or investment advice. #Tokenization #Blockchain #DigitalAssets #RWA #ElSalvador

Tokenizing an asset does not remove its risks. The five worth reviewing before taking part: liquidity, legal framework, custody, counterparty and the asset itself. Each one, explained in the image.

One phrase should always put you on alert: "guaranteed yield". No real asset can guarantee its yield. If someone promises it, ask for the asset file.

How a real asset is tokenised, step by step: pick the asset, review it, set up the legal structure, issue the tokens, verify participants, hold custody, allow transfers. The detail below ↓ Step 1. An asset with verifiable value and proper documentation is selected: a solar plant, a building, a farm. Step 2. It is reviewed: valuation, legal review and confirmation that whoever offers it is the owner. Step 3. The legal structure is set up. A company or a trust usually holds the asset, and the fractions represent rights over that structure. Step 4. Tokens are issued through a smart contract, a program that sets how many fractions exist and how they transfer. Step 5. Participants' identity is verified. Step 6. The asset is held in custody and its status is reported periodically. Step 7. Fractions can be transferred under the rules of the issuance, and only when there is a buyer.

A stablecoin is a crypto asset designed to hold a stable value, almost always one US dollar. Its safety depends on what backs it. Three questions before using one: - What assets back it - Who audits those reserves - Whether it can be redeemed for dollars

A power plant. A farm. A cooperative’s loan portfolio. A building. In El Salvador, assets like these can be tokenized to raise capital. We explain how in under 60 seconds.

Why Rush Ecosystems calls itself an ecosystem and not a platform. Thread ↓

The Rush symbol says it: four cubes form an R and none of them is the centre. Each part holds up the rest.
7
Rush Ecosystems brings those parts together under one standard, from El Salvador and for the whole region.

A platform solves one part of the process. Tokenising a real asset takes several: issuance, custody, distribution and training the people who operate it.

What a real-world asset is, and what tokenising one actually means. No metaphors. Thread ↓

Every week we will explain one concept from the sector the same way: definition, scope and risks.
7
It makes it possible to take part in an asset without buying it whole. It does not remove the risks: the asset itself, custody, liquidity and whoever manages it.
6
The asset does not move or change. What changes is how ownership of each fraction is recorded and transferred.
2
Tokenising means splitting an asset into fractions with a registered owner. That registry lives on a blockchain, a shared database no single party can alter on its own.
3
A real-world asset is a physical asset that exists and can be visited: a solar plant, a building, a farm. The industry calls them RWAs, short for Real World Assets.
