It's been crazy to see how across almost every industry - insurance, finance, architecture, healthcare, legal, even tech sometimes - everyone's been forced onto Copilot.
And almost universally, people hate it. 🧵
The downstream effect is the part that gets me.
A lot of people's mental model of AI is based on their Copilot experience. Which means they're working with a picture of what's possible that's 6+ months out of date. In AI time, that's a completely different world.

I think format (Paper vs Docs vs PPT) matters less than making sure thoughts are written clearly and self-sufficient. If pre-reads are hard to achieve if people are running around, maybe just keep 10 mins at the start of each meeting?
