Though I would share the evolution of the Rosato. The vineyard the day before picking—the picked grapes—the color post malolactic fermentation from the barrel and finally in the glass.

Aren't they? Can't wait to cut and try them...sautéed, in salads, stir fry, pickled. Supposed to be like a mildly garlicky asparagus.

Awesome! I already finished both my '17 San Nicola bottles I picked up last Fall. Such good stuff and gets better and better with more air (as I believe all his wines do)

Beaune would most likely be my first choice. I’ve always wanted to own a flat just off the Place Carnot, in the area where you stayed. I always feel like I’m going home when I arrive for a visit. At this point though (age wise) it just makes more sense to rent from Joce.
