I wrote this the other day because I feel exactly like the man in this video. I first named it “Solitude”, but might change it to “Nature’s Silence”. Not sure yet.
Loneliness does not exist,
Neither does a dark abyss.
Peace fills the heart and soul,
The Source will always keep it full.
In nature this is felt the most,
God’s design from coast to coast.
Majestic mountains steal our wind,
As prairies reveal the Source within.
Our soul is connected to all that’s around,
Invisibly tethered ~ no web to be found.
And yet it exists, although can’t be seen,
In silence it’s felt and there’s no denying. 💚
Annabel and I did a short walk this morning and picked up a little litter. Trying to get back into our normal routine.
Still not sure what is wrong with her, but she has still been doing much better. She has bloodwork on the 16th to check her liver enzymes and she still has some swelling in her rib cage area, but she has put some weight back on & has had lots of energy. 🤗
Praying every day for a full recovery. 🙏
Not sure if I said this already, but she’s due for her rabies shot and county registration that is mandatory where I live, welp, the specialist is having it waived because of her health issues right now. She also told me that a dog only needs a rabies shot for the first couple of years, after that it’s a money grab because the dogs build up an immunity to it. 🤨
Shocker….the county government just wants more money, so they want us to inject things in our dogs that they don’t even need.
Spider webs look so neat in the morning dew and sunshine. I actually managed to get one with the spider visible, usually they’re too quick. 🕸️🕷️
It’s getting late in the year, but Annabel and I are still finding pretty flowers and the trees are looking beautiful. 🍁🍂
There’s spider webs everywhere on the ground and it’s pretty cool looking at them early in the morning when the dew is still on them.
Tigger decided to visit me today. He was so hungry that he wouldn’t look up, even when I added hard food to the other side, so I couldn’t get a good picture. I didn’t see him for four or five days, I was beginning to worry that something happened to him. Glad he’s okay, he’s such a sweet boy. 😮💨
I never know if the neighbors have him indoors or not.
I love a happy ending. 🤗
That must’ve been terrifying for the pup and its owners. 😬

Yes you are. 😊❤️
The Harvest Moon was so pretty last night. I tried getting a good picture with my IPhone, but it never looks as pretty as it does in real life.
I’ve been looking at good cameras for a few years, it might be time to just break down and get one. It’s just hard to decide which one that I want. I mostly want one for macro photography because of my love of bumblebees and flowers, but it would be nice to get good sunrise, sunset and moon shots too. 🌙✨
I took Annabel for a walk around sunset, the sky around the sunset sure looked beautiful. 😍
Then I turned around and the Harvest Moon was absolutely gorgeous. The picture doesn’t do it justice. What a great walk. 🌙
We even got a bag of litter. 💚
The universe is incredible. ✨
Although Annabel couldn’t stay at the dog park as long as usual because she’s not fully recovered, she still managed to get some air yesterday. 😂
I just saw this picture while going through my photos from yesterday.
Something about dolphins. 🐬
I can’t watch them without smiling. 😊
We need to protect marine life more.
I’m looking at you litter & you pesky garbage patches. 👀😂
(Among other things, but anyone who knows me knows how I feel about litter & pollution).
The moon was looking pretty cool early this morning. My brother took this on the way to work. He’s had to work mostly mandatory overtime for years and if you knew what company he works for, you’d understand why. 🤐
