From powerful words to powerful stories, today was one for the books. As we commissioned Cohort 6 of the Equity Leaders Programme, we celebrated not only the achievements that brought our 72 scholars here, but the possibilities that lie ahead. One of the highlights of the day was hearing directly from our scholars during the panel conversation, as they shared their stories, perspectives, lessons and hopes for the future. Between the conversations, performances, laughter and moments of reflection, one thing was clear: there is incredible potential in this room, and even greater purpose ahead. Here’s to Cohort 6 and the journey from potential to purpose. #EquityLeadersProgramme #ELP #FromPotentialToPurpose #EquityGroupFoundation

As they begin this new chapter, the challenge is to lead with integrity and let the value of their contribution define their success. #EquityLeadersProgramme #ELP #FromPotentialToPurpose

“Education must go beyond the classroom.” In her opening remarks, Loyce K. Bamwine, Executive Secretary of Equity Group Foundation Rwanda, reminded our scholars that education is not only about what they learn, but also about the exposure, mentorship, experience and confidence that enable them to turn that learning into meaningful impact. For Cohort 6, today marks both a celebration of how far they have come and the beginning of a new responsibility: to learn, grow, lead and make a difference beyond themselves. #EquityLeadersProgramme #ELP #FromPotentialToPurpose
