I like to set high goals though so... neq goal. I'm going to be in the shape I was 12 years ago at 33 by winter. I vow to you all that if anything kills me it will be me doing something stupid.. age will have no part in it 😉

So I didn't hit my goal of getting from 3 miles a day to 10 miles a day in 2 weeks, but I got to 5 miles a day in 2 minutes less than I was doing 3...

I really wanted to skip the bike today but I know at least 2 people that would keep me honest and ask so I didn't. I didn't add to the distance but lost myself in some music and when I finished 3 miles... I did it in 10 minutes.. that is 5 minutes faster than before #progress

I need everyone to keep me honest on this goal... 10 miles a day hard bike ride. I'm at 3 a day right now and I'm hoping to be at 10 in 2 weeks, but I know I'll want to skip and cheat. I need you guys to keep asking about it.

I'm honestly ashamed that I'm lambasting this poor player. He's obviously invested in a good headset and played many hours to understand the subtle nuance of positioning and trained his gamesense. He's just built different. Hunt Giveth. Hunt Taketh away.
