Denied a transfer request to a mail order. Called patient who said they were supposed to call her back to speak in Spanish since she doesn’t speak English. She didn’t understand anything. This is how mail order is stealing our most vulnerable clients from our stores. #fraud

On April 1st Alabama Bluecross changed their PBM as well as their rates. Now every brand name is coming back below purchase price and generic reimbursements have been slashed by 50% or more. BlueCross response was basically we paid pharmacies to much over the years so sorry
