Update from Ryan in the Nuba MTNS:
The fighting has caused a terrible humanitarian situation. The sounds of guns are still heard almost on a daily basis. Many people have fled for safety and are looking for shelter and food. We are happy that MSPS can be that safe Haven for them – at Sudan

MSPS is taking shape, thanks to the incredible effort and support of our community. From helping with construction to joining in gravel collection, every step has been a true community effort. Together, we’re building a brighter future for our students in Nuba

I’m thankful that the governments of Sudan, South Sudan, and the leaders of the SPLM-North, are allowing a lifeline of aid to reach central Sudan with desperately needed food deliveries and airdrops. In the shadow of conflict, they chose to put people first. This is a great step in the right direction, and much more is needed. Hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children are suffering due to this severe food crisis.
Let’s join together in praying for peace, for an end to the food crisis, and for a brighter future for the people of Sudan.
