The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is now permanent thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill.
This legislation will unleash a manufacturing renaissance through pro-growth policies like the 100% expensing of equipment and 100% expensing for factory and agriculture structures.

Kelly and I are deeply saddened to learn of President Jay Byers’ passing. I had the honor of working with Jay when I was in the Statehouse and he was leading the Greater Des Moines Partnership, and I saw firsthand the deep care he had for the people of our state. He put service over self, showed up for our communities every day, and it was an honor to work with him on the issues that matter most to Iowans. Please join me in praying for Jay's wife, Katie, the Byers family, and the Simpson College community during this difficult time.
