Great night last night with the Awolfm.com and Out-Ranked crews! So nice to catch up with everyone and also meet some new friends... in the most amazing studio! Thank you for the opportunity as always Phil West! 😁 Photos by the multi-talented Clark Caughey!

This Friday night, for those of my friends into dance music! 😁 A line up packed full of fantastic Dj’s, available to watch and listen via Awolfm.com on Mix Cloud! It’s amazing to be part of it! 😊

Grace McAlinden (Unattached) secured 1st place in the ladies race at our Rathlin Run 10 mile Race. In 2nd place, we had the ever consistent Niamh Marrs of Glens Runners. Christina McQuillan of Springell RC claimed 3rd place!

In our Rathlin Run 10 mile Race, Matthew McLean (Unattached) was crowned 2025 champion with an excellent win! Gerard McAleese (Ballycastle Runners) claimed 2nd place, while Keith Dawson (Lagan Valley AC) secured 3rd place!

In the ladies race at our Rathlin Run 5k, it was a Ballymena Runners clean sweep of the podium - Naomi Hutchinson lead the way in 1st place. Just behind, club mate Emma Lamberton took 2nd place. Noleen McKillop completed the podium in 3rd place!

In our Rathlin Run 5k, Joshua Blair of Ballymena Runners takes the men’s title! Gary Patterson (Glenlough RC) took 2nd place, with Donal Ryan (Unattached) claiming 3rd place!

As coaches, all we ever try to do is make a difference; help athletes to enjoy sport and progress! This was such a lovely surprise and gesture from a young athlete. Feeling privileged to be part of a great team at @EastCoastAC !

“All it takes is all you’ve got” (Marc Davis) Sums up tonight’s performance! Well done @larnefc - again you’ve done our town proud! 🙏
