Dies ist Anna Korwin-Piotrowska. Sie suspendierte den Präsidenten von Polens Verfassungsgericht und übernahm dessen Amtsgeschäfte.
1. Art. 130 des polnischen Gerichtsgesetzes erlaubt dem Präsidenten eines Gerichts, einen Richter zu suspendieren, z.B. bei einer Straftat. Für den Präsidenten hat nur der Justizminister dieses Recht.
2. Diese Vorschrift gilt aber nur für ordentliche Gerichte. Für das Verfassungsgericht gibt es keine analoge Norm. Sein Präsident kann nur durch ein zweistufiges Disziplinarverfahren seines Amtes enthoben werden.
3. Korwin-Piotrowska wurde nicht vom Präsidenten als Verfassungsrichterin vereidigt, die Gründe dafür sind streitig. Sie bezeichnet sich als „dienstälteste Verfassungsrichterin" und leitet daraus Befugnisse ab, die ihr unter keinem denkbaren Gesichtspunkt zustehen.
4. Die Tusk unterstehende Polizei folgt den Anweisungen dieser Richterin. Insofern ist der Ausdruck Staatsstreich nicht übertrieben, sondern zutreffend.
