Russell Brand. Stops taking illicit drugs. Stops drinking alcohol. Gets divorced from unhappy relationship and leaves the whole Hollywood life behind. Gets remarried, totally in love And has two children with another on the way. Leads a completely different life and begins podcast, tells the truth And exposes the system and narrative Now he gets attacked. But so does his wife and children. To those on here literally vibrating with excitement, eagerly awaiting another’s downfall … you will be next.

This image of Russell Brand at the Guardian, where he had a column, is almost poetic, isn’t it? Look at him holding court, adored, by some, ignored by a few others.

Russell Brand was made a sexpest and a narcissist by his childhood. He produced a film confronting his own father as catharsis and revenge against the man who abandoned him as a baby. Men raised without an heroic and present father figure often have an unstable sense of self, where the ego becomes feminised by the mother and sexualised. The hit documentary targeting Brand included women testifying that he was manipulative and a spiteful dominant with a "glazed-eye" expression, obsessed with the sexual validation. Male sexuality can be not only predatory, but also spiteful. The act of conquest becomes proof of the parents' misjudgment. Many such cases. Video – Re:Brand "Dad fight"
Russell Brand has been convicted of raping a woman who sucked him off at a show, explicitly traveled to his house for sex, and rimmed him, all while having a boyfriend. Generally, women are attracted to high-status, feminine, and narcissistic men, but out of the 1,000+ women Brand bedded, a few may have felt like they got something regretful. Something a bit more spiteful, something rougher or novel, possibly embarrassing to report to the sisterhood. Aside from the fact that juries may not be acquainted with certain kinds of sexual dynamics, or with BPD women inclined to fantasise, they are willing to convict based on a version of events retold to friends and nurses, and brought to the law 20 years later, alongside a woman's post-hoc feelings. Men are in immense legal peril, especially celebrity men. Women are not always wonderful.

The lefties want us to forget that they laughed, cheered, and clapped him when he was doing programmes like this. teapawt.net/ArchRose90/status/2118…
Remembering how thoroughly obnoxious Russell Brand was has made today even better. Peter Hitchens got this right.

A Personal Message from Joint Chairman Lloyd Hume – Gary Lockyer Following the announcement from our management team regarding Gary Lockyer’s departure, I wanted to personally say a few words about someone who has been such an important part of Ashford United Football Club. Firstly, I want to make it absolutely clear that this is purely a footballing decision made by our management team, and there is nothing else behind it. As Joint Chairmen, Dave and I have entrusted our management team with making the footballing decisions they believe are in the best interests of the team, and we have to support them in those decisions, even when they involve players who mean so much to us all. These difficult decisions are part of football, however hard they may be, and should never take away from the respect and appreciation we have for those who have given so much to our club. That said, there are players who come and go, and then there are those who leave a legacy that will never be forgotten. Gary is without question one of those players. In the history of Ashford United, Gary Lockyer will always be remembered as a true club legend. What he has achieved on the pitch speaks for itself, but for me, it is equally important to recognise the person he is off it. His commitment, passion and love for this football club have been nothing short of incredible. One of the highlights of my time at the club was seeing Gary receive his award last year as the FA Cup’s leading goalscorer. To see one of our own recognised for such an outstanding achievement was incredibly special, and it is a memory I will always treasure. Gary has given us so many wonderful moments, but it isn’t just Gary we will miss. His family have become part of the fabric of this club, and they will all be sorely missed around the place. I sincerely hope they know just how much they mean to us and that they will always be welcome here. Football moves on, as it always does, but that should never diminish the contribution of someone who has given so much to our club. On behalf of myself and everyone associated with Ashford United, I want to thank Gary from the bottom of my heart for everything he has done. Gary, you should be immensely proud of what you have achieved at this football club. You leave with our gratitude, our respect and, most importantly, a place in the history of Ashford United that nobody can ever take away from you. I wish you and your family nothing but happiness and success in the future. Lloyd Hume Joint Chairman Ashford United Football Club 🔗 ashfordunitedfc.com/club-sta…
