It’s donut lips whether it’s intentional or not. To ignore the inherently racist aspect of Usopps design is just done out of fear of excepting that Oda has flaws. Doesn’t invalidate his worth as a character and all his phenomenal writing, just don’t be disingenuous.

It's an iconic trait of Usopp that makes up his beautiful face. Removing it will ruin a large amount of appeal that he has. Usopp isn't meant to portray the "black dude" he's supposed to portray a "big mouthed liar" which is further completed by his long nose.
