the thing I find most odious about the Cubs is they're the model for 26/30 franchises: -tank your way to a cheap core you'll never pay to keep -get (in hindsight) lucky during a short title window -become the largest landlord in the city -cash checks in perpetuity without trying

Unreal conversion project here in Milwaukee. Old mall turned into apartments. Double loaded corridor with false “store fronts” to maintain the mall feel (Historic Tax Credit project) Haven’t seen anything like this.
