I've made concepts for 500+ thumbnails and analyzed over 1000s of others. To create a viral thumbnail, you have to master these 3 elements 1. Grab viewer's attention 2 Make the message clear and simple 3. Create a Curiosity Gap Here's how

Men don't want to spend their money BUT, they do want to spend it on their woman. Sell to the women, get men's money This applies to YouTube as well I don't make the rules 🫡

Whenever I see people talk about cloning subscriptions they pay for it just makes me think how much more progress they could've had focusing on their main thing. People have 100x the power but still have no clue where to aim it at.
4 months ago I cloned Airtable for a client in 5 days because they refused to pay Airtable $500/mo months later, I’m still maintaining it every two weeks it’s another edge case, a UI tweak, or a "quick 10-minute request." They’ve easily spent 10x more in headaches than the $2,000 they would’ve paid Airtable just proving that SaaS isn't dead. Cloning isn't enough, if you want it to be same quality as original it becomes a full time job and at this point isn't it easier to just pay?

Day 0 of my gf running her channel to prove anyone can do it. we've already selected a niche + some hidden sauce in the background. stay tuned
My boyfriend challenged me to make money, usually I don't. Day 0 of running a Youtube channel until I make $2,000.

Guide on how to do this: xitter.cf/Ryker_Strategy/status/…
People asked how to make videos like this. So I broke down their videos and built a Claude prompt kit you can adapt to your own niche. Comment "Claude" and I'll DM you the guide. Here's the process: 1. Pick the viewer and the feeling Fear? Curiosity? Comedy? The same story structure can take very different forms. 2. Start with something familiar, then break one expectation A phone charges to 101%. A meeting meant to save time fills your whole calendar. One is horror. One is office comedy. 3. Write the ending FIRST Know what the viewer will understand at the end. Then plant the details that make it work. 4. Make every beat reveal something This channel's rules aren't just random creepy instructions. Each one reveals another part of the same system. That's what makes the ending land. 5. Keep the visuals simple One object. One action. One thing the viewer needs to understand. Claude can help write the story and code simple animated scenes. Record/export them, add narration, then edit the video. The guide includes 5 prompts: choose your format → find ideas → write the story → build scenes → fix the weak parts. Plus a worked example outside horror. Don't be 50 IQ and clone this exact niche. Use your brain. Pick a different audience and niche

Some guy in Thailand hires 5 girls to make "natural" food and gets millions of views While you're trying to make 9999th AI sleep channel There are levels to this game.

Instagram already had this actually. I see this leading to hyper niche-ing of the audience. As supply becomes saturated people will start setting at niches they more directly prefere. Before this wasn't possible due to lack of supply of good videos compared to the audience. With AI, eventually there will be a perfect video for every person
🚨 UPDATE: YouTube is finally allowing you to create up to 8 custom feeds! (+2 more updates) Around 30 minutes ago, YouTube started rolling out a new update to its recommendations feed. You can now customize your YouTube Home page by describing the exact ideas you’re looking for through custom feeds. In a nutshell, if you want a feed filled with chess videos, you’re able to do this. If you just want a bunch of podcast channels, you can do this too. YouTube also announced that regular accounts get up to 3 custom feeds, while Premium accounts get up to 8. Here’s what I’m thinking. Custom feeds allow us to create something within YouTube where we can easily look at our competitors and see what’s trending. Nothing massive, but definitely something worth exploring. My only concern is, “How granular can I go with this?” Either way, we’ll be able to test it soon. Next, they’re moving the Subscriptions feed to the top bar. Now, I’m not expecting this to do too much since subscriptions were already pretty prominent before. But it’s still interesting that they’ve decided to put it there. Lastly, they’re also creating a standardized feed across that top bar, which includes live content. This is bigger than it looks because this seems to be a move by YouTube to focus on suggesting content formats rather than interests. I believe streamers may benefit from this one.

EASY outlier: 1. Take any popular topic 2. Invert it 3. DONE Keep in mind this doesn't work for literally everything, but A LOT of topics don't have nearly as much coverage on the opposite ideas. For example: "How to become JACKED before Christmas in 90 Days" --> "How to RUIN Your Body in 90 Days" (This instantly stands out in the feed) "I Asked Claude To Add a NEW Mod to Minecraft Every Hour" --> "I Asked Claude To Make Minecraft WORSE Every Hour" (Both ideas might be good, but most people haven't considered the opposite) The idea still has to be interesting. keep this as another tool for ideation

I wonder why more channels don't do this: This thumbnail appeals to both demographics, the men AND women. If you can, there's absolutely no reason to try not to appeal to multiple types of audience that watches your channel.
