It was a real privilege to thank and acknowledge the 3 years of selfless work of the School Sergeant Major @TimThompson79 with an ARH mission today. Words can’t describe our deep respect and admiration for this outstanding leader and mentor.
No such thing as a quiet Friday at SAA. Brilliant and committed work by our @AirbusHeli team at Oakey to get 8 aircraft online at 0700 this morning. #forthesoldier #armyaviation @COMD16Bde @DGAvnAusArmy @DG_TRADOC
Took the opportunity to call into Lockyer District High School in Gatton in the middle of a training sortie today. The school has a strong STEM pathway with aviation subjects including UAS operations. #STEMeducation

Shout out to all the women who, competently and without fuss, served in the combat arms corps of engineers and aviation during Timor Leste, Iraq and Afghanistan. They served in combat teams and battle groups. Written out of history when articles aren’t fact-checked.
