FYI @UgBerlinEmbassy,you have sunk too low. If this is embassy PR, just say you are fulfilling your corporate social responsibility by funding VfB Einheit zu Pankow, a club that isn't even on X. Otherwise, Uganda is better off working with Masaza Cup teams to promote tourism.

The simplest thing to do is for Maj Gen Mweteise, his murderous boss @mkainerugaba, and Prime Minister @RobinahNabbanja to produce John Bosco Kibalama before a court of law or the public to prove that he is alive and exonerate Mweteise.
