But look at the allegations that have accumulated against Senator Shehu Buba. Then we hear that even Fulani religious scholars are defending Shehu Buba, while Amnesty is also defending Shehu Buba without allowing the authorities to properly investigate the allegations against him. These same religious scholars are also saying that we should negotiate and reconcile with Fulani terrorists. In my own community, how many times have negotiations been held with them, only for them to continue carrying out attacks? It has become necessary for Hausa people to stop voting for Fulani candidates at every level. Look at what is happening: Hausa people are the ones being killed and driven from their communities, while some people are allegedly trying to establish their own country.
