MK PARTY DEMANDS VOTE RECOUNT IN EMFULENI AS DA LEADS
Members of the MK Party gathered outside the IEC Results Operations Centre in Vanderbijlpark, in the Vaal, today, Friday, demanding a recount of votes in Emfuleni.
The protest follows early results showing the DA ahead, contrary to the support the party expected. Police were placed on high alert as only about 5% of the votes had been counted.
