Starbucks backtracked on our path forward, failing to support the workers who are key to the company’s turnaround.
Sign the No Contract No Coffee pledge to show them that not bargaining higher wages/better benefits for union baristas is bad for business!

ALT A to-go cup of coffee spills out - the cardboard sleeve has the SBWU fist on it, and the cup has a small text at the bottom that says "CAUTION: This Union Is Ready To Fight." Larger text at the bottom of the graphic says "NO CONTRACT? NO COFFEE. Sign our Pledge to act in solidarity with Starbucks workers"

Starbucks is literally giving baristas more work after refusing to give us actual raises. Now not only do you not get a living wage, but you also get to spend time you don't have denying people free water, kicking people out, and getting yelled at by angry customers. Fun!🫠

In case there was any doubt what Starbucks priories are. It’s not their customers or their employees; it’s money. At the end of the day, all the billion dollar company care about is making more money for themselves. Do not be fooled—
and other minorities that are more likely to face this challenge. These are groups that Starbucks claims they protect and uplift. California is currently facing one of its worst fires in history that has, so far, displaced more than 100,000 people.
Instead of showing up for the community, Starbucks has forced partners to continue to show up to work despite the danger and made it clear they have no interest in helping those affected by tragedy.

Starbucks workers in LA are being forced to work in areas impacted by the recent wildfires - even where the air quality is unsafe.
Management told partners that stores must open because “the community depends on us,” ignoring that some workers had to evacuate their own homes.

Starbucks: We are going to offer you… 34 cent raises because that’s what we can afford. Anyways, don’t look at the $26 million dollars we spent on olive oil. Don’t worry about it.
