We have gathered a deep knowledge of the therapeutic potential of this protein, and we believe it will be the best-in-class therapy for lupus nephritis. Part of our work was recently published in AutoImmunity.

3) This work led SerenityBio to discover a target on macrophages (and other immune cells) that can be 'hit' with a small molecule. This opens doors to an orally bioavailable therapeutic.
