Let’s keep moving forward this week in faith, without fear, knowing that God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Therefore, let God’s promise of His strength help you through whatever the enemy throws your way.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)
Thank you, and I pray you have a great and Holy Spirit-filled week. Take care, and God bless.

“When we give forgiveness as freely as the Lord, we demonstrate the power and relevance of our faith in ways that will stand out even more as they become increasingly rare. That, in turn, can lead to the kind of revolutionary change our culture needs so badly.

We know that prayer is hard work. Prayer can be discouraging. Often, we pray expecting immediate answers. It’s sort of like when we were gardening, when our children were young, and I had them come out and put the seeds in the row, and we covered them up with dirt, and we watered it. And my daughter came out the next morning and looked at the garden and said, “Dad, it didn’t work,” because she was expecting immediate fruit. Sometimes we do that with prayer.
So how to pray? Remember who you are. Remember who God is. Remember what you have been given. Quote Scripture as you pray. Rest in God's presence and power. Pray for grace and then get up and continue what God has called for you to do!

Pray with me
October 26, 2026
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness that never fails. Your Word reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). Forgive us for the times we have focused more on what is missing than on what You have already provided.
Lord, teach us to be grateful not only for Your blessings, but for Your presence. Thank You for the prayers You have answered, the doors You have closed, the burdens You have carried, and the grace You have given us when we didn't deserve it.
May our gratitude never depend on our circumstances, but always rest in Your unchanging character. Give us hearts that recognize Your hand in every season and lips that continually offer You praise.
Above all, thank You for Jesus Christ, the greatest gift we could ever receive.
In His mighty name, Amen.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.” (Psalm 19:1-2)
The universe continually bears witness to and declares the glory and majesty of God. Day and night, all creation announces that the universe and the world we live in belong to God; therefore, we have no excuse for not giving God all the glory.
In Romans 1:20, the Apostle Paul writes, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”
The universe declares this reality: the Father created everything by His word (Genesis 1) and brought it into existence through His Son, Jesus Christ, as the Gospel of John attests (John 1:1-3).
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made … The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:1-3, 14; cf. Genesis 1)
Therefore, observing God’s creation deepens our understanding of His glory and power. With this knowledge, we should follow creation’s lead and continually proclaim this reality, especially because we were created in His image and likeness.
“I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalm 34:1)
