Rose City Riveters, which sanctioned, directed, supplied, and carried out the attack on us Friday night, is part of the 107 Independent Supporters Trust - a registered not-for-profit organization in the state of Oregon. It has Federal 501c(7) status.
Its members have ties to Antifa, which is a federally designated terror organization. @MrAndyNgo wrote about them in his book Unmasked: Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy. The group is officially sanctioned by the @ThornsFC and @TimbersFC.

I made four separate scarves that we held as a beautiful banner that read “Save Women’s Sports” with one as “@KnownHeretic” all on black cloth using green fabric paint.
The scarves made an iconic image that was captured by news media that carried our message: Save Women’s Sports. This was the message that was silenced on September 6 before we could even express it.
Unfurling that scarves in the midst of pink and blue territory is a point of pride. They can’t silence our voices! We refuse to be silenced!
They passed out flags, weapons to silence and attack us with. They hoped to keep our message from being seen. But instead they exposed themselves as some of the most dangerous anti-free speech our message has been seen and this story is international.
Two of the scarfs were ripped from our hands and stolen from us at the game, but luckily we were able to save “women’s” and “sports.”
We literally saved: Women’s Sports. I find that powerful and meaningful.

I’m more qualified than 99% of “journalists” and pundits to make predictions about Texas politics. I’ve worked on a winning US House race in Texas (Jasmine Crockett) and was head of fundraising on a US Senate race there as well. @cd_hooks needs to issue a correction

It enrages them because it says in no uncertain terms — we refuse to pretend. We will not bow to your ideology. We will not pretend men can become women.
That’s it.
The @xx_xyathletics shirt says: “we’re gonna hold the line.”

I want to thank the lovely people in Atlanta. I just went to game 4 of the @WNBA finals and had a great time with @kthomason0702.
Everyone in our area was friendly except the two @valkyries fans behind us. Of course. They were glaring the whole time but didn’t say anything until it was over. At which point the man said “hey, trans women belong in sports.”
Sure. In men’s. No issue there.

Where is @portlandtribune?
I think we know.
All support to everyone who stood up for women and girls in Portland yesterday. @ThornsFC needs to apologize.

Seattle journalist @BrandiKruse was physically restrained and removed from a @ThornsFC soccer game in Portland by security for @ProvidencePark. She was with a group of women who wore shirts from @xx_xyathletics_.
For stating that female sports must remain female, Trantifa extremists in the fan club sicced a mob on the women, who used trans flags to hit them and threw food and drinks on them. thepostmillennial.com/portla…

This is what we came to say! They tore the Save Women’s Spirts banner out of our hands!!

Trans man Jason Page tries to be relevant. Men in women’s sports are weak men. They have a mental illness. I am sure I have used words that will suppress this post. To the few that see it, repost!
Oh look...
It's Riley Gaines using hateful language/slurs to describe transgender people.
But she's really just about "protecting women's sports". Right?
No. She is about disparaging an entire community because she was a mediocre college swimmer.
I can't imagine what it's like to be filled with as much hatred for anyone as Riley is filled with for the trans community.

The idea that we would be attacked and removed for speech some fans disagree with is a hallmark of authoritarianism, pure and simple. And it's growing in America. You don't have to be on our side of the girls' sports issue to see the danger. As a conservative in Seattle, I am surrounded every single day by signs and beliefs I disagree with. Never once have I considered hurting someone or trying to silence them. This is the kind of activity and ideology that will destroy our country if we don't resist it.

🚨 @lyft, women deserve a straight answer. 🚨
Your Women+ Connect program promises a preference for women (and nonbinary) riders.
What happens when a passenger raises a safety concern? What happens when a driver calls the police to make false accusations? What happens when a driver boots a rider (who uses a walker, may we add) because of her beliefs?
Publish the answers.
Women's safety deserves more than marketing.

New England boys in girls’ sports ⬇️
🧵1/6 Championship season for fall high school sports has begun. While boys on the west coast have been garnering quite a bit of attention, boys in New England have also been stealing medals and opportunities from female athletes.
Up in Maine, freshman boy Raphael "Violet" Wedick continues to take playing time from female athletes on the South Portland varsity team.
South Portland finished the season with a 10-2-2 record in the conference and a 14-3-3 record overall.
Their point differential was 55-11 for the season. Despite only being a freshman, Wedick has been a main scorer for the team.
They now move into the state championship tournament with a regional berth in the qualifiers this weekend.

Hmm… so being pro women is an ejectable offense? While death threats on a Tshirt is A-OK?Good to know.
These are the shirts allowed for the @ThornsFC fans. None of them were removed. They have chants about burning people alive. Fans assaulted multiple people wearing @xx_xyathletics shirts. None of them were removed. I am quite literally in shock.

"We were attacked by fans. We were hit with flags. We had drinks and thrown at us," said Sousa, standing behind police outside the stadium because she did not feel safe. "Other people were forcibly pushed out the door. We had an ADA woman in a walker, she was forcibly pushed out the door. They let these people hit us with flags, another woman was punched in the face, all because we wanted to stand there in our shirts to protect girls sports." Amy Sousa
