I’m grateful for the teachers and education advocates that came out to share their voices and their frustrations about the fact that North Carolina doesn’t have a state budget.

It's been an energizing few days with @Lenovo's Global Leadership Team in California. I'm inspired by what we've built together and excited about what's next as we harness AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship with big moments ahead in 2026!

✨ Friday Night Lights, here we come! ✨(Well, in 2026) Here’s a look at the freshly installed sod on the football field at Weldon Middle and High School. 🌱🏈 By laying the sod now, we’re making sure the field will be fully established and ready for kickoff in Fall 2026.

🚨 Too many small businesses stay stuck in hustle mode. 🛠️ Hustle = survival. 🏛️ Enterprise = systems, culture & legacy. The shift? Embed reputation & culture into daily ops. Build what outlives the Founder! 🔑 Hustle vs. Enterprise Framework #AnuDecacornCulture 🫡

We honor Juneteenth and take a moment to learn about the Juneteenth flag, a powerful symbol created in 1997 by activist Ben Haith and brought to life by artist Lisa Jeanne Graf. Its design tells a deeper story of hope, liberation, and a future full of possibilities. #Build919

This Black History Month, we celebrate two remarkable Durham, NC, natives—Pauli Murray and Betty Massenburg—whose contributions continue to inspire generations. For two years SGS had the pleasure of building a new elementary school in their honor.
