Your 20s are for learning skills and building a career. Your 30s are for building relationships and laying solid foundations. Your 40s are for building systems and forging alliances.

Aliko Dangote: I applaud President Museveni for his bold decision to ban the export of unprocessed minerals. I also want to commit to the two presidents here that, with their support for the refinery, we will build a similar one in East Africa like the one we have in Nigeria.

The Sultanate received reports of Ramadan crescent sightings from three different locations within Nigeria, and these claims were confirmed by the authorities in the respective areas where the sightings were reported. His Eminence is currently abroad, and an official announcement will soon be made by the Shehu of Borno, who is the deputy president general of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs. That 'Government/Regulator' ranking third ne because of CBN. It is no surprising that they remain the only most forward-thinking regulator in Nigeria🫠🫠😀😀😀

Supporting Manchester United has done wonders for my character development. At this point, I’m fully insulated from shock and have become an expert in expectations management.

Came in much lower than expected. Most analysts were projecting high-16s to low-17s, so 16.05% is a meaningful downside surprise. The moderation reflects impact of the harvest season, the support from naira appreciation, and base effects. Let’s see how this shapes the MPC’s tone in the coming weeks.
In October 2025, the Headline inflation rate eased to 16.05% relative to the September 2025 headline inflation rate of 18.02%. Headline inflation rate was 0.93% MoM The Food inflation rate was -0.37% MoM Read the CPI Report for October 2025 here: microdata.nigerianstat.gov.n…

Nigeria’s new 10- and 20-year Eurobonds drew roughly 4x oversubscription, underscoring sustained investor appetite despite recent market jitters. Coming just days after the U.S. CPC designation, it’s a subtle yet powerful vote of confidence in Nigeria’s credit story and reform trajectory. 🇳🇬💹

What’s that one “I can’t do this anymore” moment that made you rethink your career path?

I don’t think it’s an oversabi in my opinion and experience, doing ICAN early actually complements your degree. The discipline, grit, and technical foundation you gain make your BSc journey smoother. I studied Banking & Finance, and honestly, combining ICAN with that actually helps me a lot, the ATS and ICAN journey made me more grounded and prepared me for life after school. While with the big 4, it was a struggle to combine work with studies for most of my colleagues — having ICAN early gives you that breathing space to focus on career growth and other certifications
I personally feel doing ICAN while in the University is oversabi and overzealousness.

It’ll be interesting to see how the markets price in Trump’s threat of invasion.
NGX fell 0.98% last week as investors took profits. Sector moves: Industrial -1.02% Consumer -2.73% Banking -2.11% Insurance -3.47% Oil & Gas +0.30% Even with the drop, the market is still up 49.74% this year. Just investors taking some gains after strong weeks.

I actually think there’s a strong positive correlation between combining ICAN and a solid CGPA — not a tradeoff. Most students who start ICAN early are already disciplined high performers. In my experience, the same drive that pushes them to take ICAN also helps them sustain a 2:1 or better.
The entry level requirements for most companies rank BSc higher than ICAN - Minimum of 2:1 will get you the job. - Minimum of 2:1 + ICAN puts you in a better position If you are still in the University sitting for ICAN, prioritize your BSc. Rescue your CGPA or nourish it. Make sure you graduate with a minimum of 2:1

Trump’s “country of special concern” tag for Nigeria could mean more than just headlines. Investors will read between the lines - risk premiums, capital flows, and the Naira might all feel the heat. Let’s see if it’s sentiment or substance this time. #Nigeria #Trump
