My Mayor! 🫡
Just last month, DoorDash couldn’t seem to find the money to pay their deliveristas — until our administration forced them to give back $131M+ in stolen wages and penalties.
This week, they’ve managed to find $17 billion to acquire one of their main competitors.
Corporate consolidation means higher prices, harsher exploitation, and greater economic inequality for New Yorkers.
We’ve stood up to these giants before. That doesn’t stop now.
🚨 Trent Alexander-Arnold has to take a significant wage cut to get back to the Premiere League. Player is unhappy with his current situation at Real Madrid. Xabi Alonso likes Trent but he also has other important defensive and attacking issues to fix. #TransferNews #CFC
Iraola team, Julian Ward et. all are pleased with Alexis Mac Allister’s performances this season including his leadership qualities. #LFC
Alexis MacAllister is expected to be part of the Liverpool squad next season unless a “too good to refuse” offer comes this summer. #LFC #TransferNews
🚨Michael Carrick gets a lifeline till the next international break. #MUFC #TransferNews
It’s King Harry! So well deserved. #BallonDor
Julian Nagelsmann would be open to listening to Manchester United, but only if a series of conditions were met — precisely the demands Jim Ratcliffe and his team were unwilling to accommodate, opting for Michael Carrick instead earlier this year. #MUFC #TransferNews
First defeat for #Barca as José Mourinho pulled out a masterclass at the #ElClásico.
Glad my judgment on Ronald Araujo was spot on. Barring injury issues, he’s a terrific defender—old-school, positive, and with a good football brain as well. #LFC
🚨Ronald Araújo’s camp began exploring an exit / more starting role after Hansi Flick made it clear he would not be an automatic starter next season. Liverpool moved quickly after Andoni Iraola spoke directly with Araújo, outlining his role alongside Virgil van Dijk & the importance he would have in the squad. Understand the muted reaction from sections of the fanbase, but there is plenty to be optimistic about. #LFC #TransferNews
Michael Carrick is done at Manchester United. Wilcox wants Eddie Howe. #MUFC #TransferNews

Manchester United’s hierarchy are now assessing Michael Carrick’s future, with growing scrutiny over his position as the club’s manager. The outcome of next two matches against Bournemouth & Chelsea could become decisive before the break. Eddie Howe is regarded very highly. #MUFC #TransferNews
Another Good Ebening for Unai Emery!
Aston Villa dismantled Manchester City with a superb all-round display of football. The pressing, counter-pressing, intensity, aggression and sheer passion were absolutely outstanding. Emery’s tactical masterclass, executed to perfection by his players. What a performance! 👏
