As a Drep I've voted yes on this because I have full trust in Trivolve Tech & I believe this proposal overal will bring more ADA back into the treasury than it takes.
I also believe the following parts here in particular are interesting. 70% of the revenue (on top of the transaction fee) is going to the Cardano treasury.
Introducing PFMS: Bringing Government Scale Adoption to Cardano by Trivolve Tech
A Treasury proposal which brings massive scale real world adoption to @Cardano with its first user being an Indian state government. PFMS secures the entire Chain of Evidence on Cardano. The scale of the project is such that once it is deployed, it will become the largest government scale project ever on Cardano.
PFMS will be built as an open source public good for policing and justice systems worldwide.
What PFMS brings to Cardano with just the first deployment:
→ 1.53M + Cardano mainnet transactions in year one and rising every year as adoption grows.
→ Grows the current Cardano mainnet transaction metric by +18.2%.
→ ~5.1M DIDs across 3,500 facilities, 1.81M devices, 113,000 personnel and 3.2M evidence items connected to Cardano.
→ Cuts down case resolution time by 30% using Cardano.
→ Generates revenue through PFMS’s evidence verification service.
→ 70% of verification revenue returned to the Treasury, 20% to core Cardano library maintenance & 10% to Trivolve Tech.
→ Open source core (Apache 2.0) as a public good, designed for reuse across the world.
The ask: ₳9,600,000 over 15 months.

❗@Cardano just broke a 5-year-old record.
In Epoch 660, the network processed 1,780,896 transactions, beating its previous record of 1,566,974 set in November 2021. That’s a new all-time high, with an average of 83.83 transactions per block.
We think this shows how much Cardano has grown through continuous development, network upgrades and improvements to its infrastructure. The team keeps building, and the results speak for themselves.
But the developers aren’t the only ones who deserve credit. The Cardano community has been there through every stage, supporting the ecosystem and helping it move forward. Without this community, Cardano wouldn’t be where it is today. 💙
We’re happy to be part of this journey, and we know that Cardano still has plenty of surprises ahead.
The market might not be ready for what Cardano does next.

What a week for Cardano and Masumi at TOKEN2049!
A few personal highlights:
1. Cardano absolutely dominated the conference.
The Cardano booth was, in my opinion, by far the best booth at TOKEN2049. Great location, great energy, and tons of people stopping by throughout the event. Really impressive to see.
2. Masumi took over the hackathon.
Out of roughly 200 hackers, an estimated 140+ ended up building on Masumi. That's pretty crazy.
I think a huge part of this success comes down to Sandro from Masumi and Bora from the CF, who were incredibly available and actively supported developers throughout the entire hackathon.
Combined with the largest prize pool, this made a real difference.
3. We got to showcase Masumi twice.
First, we presented Masumi and our AI CMO agent at the Cardano booth, showing what autonomous AI agents can actually do.
Then I had the opportunity to pitch Masumi in just 3 minutes at the Draper Dragon event overlooking Marina Bay.
Both went really well, and it was great to see the interest in what we're building.
Huge thanks to everyone involved, especially the Cardano Foundation team, for making this happen.
Excited for what's next! 🚀
