I cannot express my frustration and disgust @UberEats . On Saturday I ordered a delivery. When it came, there were items missing, it was cold, most of it went in the bin. You refunded £2.79 in delivery on a £60 order. You refuse to look any further. Disgusting service

If that's you (it's definitely me), then you are going to love the products in the Petals and Paws brochure.
I am so frustrated with #technologies. @bt_uk I need to speak to a human. I need to ask a question that is not covered by FAQ or your fault service. I have to wait 30 mins for a service. I'm an online teacher. I cannot leave my students for this long. Please CALL!!

well @RoyalMail and @RoyalMailHelp your online collection service and telephone service is #SHOCKING - that's the polite version. 50 mins on hold no person - this is how you treat your customers? Not surprised those with choice go elsewhere.

With all the #turmoil in the UK right now, I have returned to #crochet as an escape.
