Aromas of heather, toasted brioche, walnut oil and fragrant bergamot popped on the nose in Cask 30.87, aged in a refill port-pipe!
Cask 55.26 has massive, intense sweetness & mouth-scorching peppery, ginger heat! Imagine rhubarb dipped in brown sugar! YUM-O!

The Society only ever bottles whiskies from individual casks or barrels, which means each is exceptional and limited in availability!
Cask 5.47 w/ water has notes of pistachios, almonds and salty bread... lemon rind, white pepper and aniseed bringing dryness to the finish!

Cask 64.59 has memorable notes stewed apple and cinnamon crumble with creamy toffee sauce, along with hazelnut praline!
Cask 28.26 has grassy notes (hay, thyme, cucumber) & fruity sweetness (Orange zest, peach stones, golden syrup, chilli marmalade)! Yum-o!
Cask 112.8 is earthy..No wonder it's called "Vegetarian!" .. Notes of beansprouts, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and hoisin sauce!
Cask 5.47 is an enjoyable sipper! Good viscosity and body, with sweet & tart flavours of stewed rhubarb, gooseberry, plums, red grape!
Only 14 bottles left of 63.31! The finish was crisp green apple, lime pastilles, warm brown paper, fresh laundry & mint cornetto ice cream.
