My sentiments exactly, higher timeframes are wholly bearish into the end of the year $SPY $SPX $QQQ
Larger timframe, I stay bearish. For next week or so a Bounce is fine but I dont expect rallies to continue for much longer. $SPX . I will turn bullish only after Q1. I am holding as much as Cash i can.

BREAKING: Nasdaq 100 futures extend losses to nearly -1.5% on the day as the odds of a Democrat "sweep" rise to 95%. The S&P 500 has now erased -$500 billion in market cap over the last 2 hours.

The unwind when investors demand returns on capex into the next few quarters will be nothing short of glorious $META $AMZN $GOOGL $NVDA $TSLA $CRWD $CRM The only company who hasn’t increased capex? $AAPL
Meta burns $2.65B a year on AI tokens. at $300K for a Meta engineer, that's enough to pay ~9,000 engineers for a full year. now ask yourself: since the layoffs, has Meta shipped anything that feels like 9,000 engineers’ worth of output?

The implications for the Fed: -All eyes will now be on Warsh's Q&A at the IMF meetings in Thailand (11:30 pm Eastern time US on Thursday). Markets aren't sure where to price October odds, which moved up to 50%. -The Fed minutes and some high-profile Fed speak had indicated the bar to raise rates at consecutive meetings, in October, was higher than the market thought it was. Would one report change that? You could argue it either way: No, the Fed doesn't want to look like it is over-reacting to one data point; it wants to focus on broader trends. But the broader trend after this report doesn't look great and raises the question: If you think higher rates are needed, why wait. -At a minimum, it reinforces the case for going again in December, lest there was any doubt about it. wsj.com/livecoverage/stock-m…

You can’t tame inflation, suppress bond yields, and demand rate cuts after endless wars and runaway debt. It’s an impossible balancing act. Buckle up - the roaring 20s are almost over. Know what comes next?

Real estate is a tricky one and has many nuances, I only invest in rental properties where I can build an ADU here in Calfiornia. In general...don't invest in areas you don't actually know, somewhere within 1-2 hours driving distance maximum is my rule of thumb. Also, management companies suck. Find a friend/family member to run rentals or do it yourself. Don't invest in trends or flips, it's more headache than its worth.

Equities are my main squeeze, but wanted to expand on my crypto decoupling theory from $SPY and $QQQ. (holding $BTC $ZEC) $ZEC remains a top 5 crypto imo, and with its inclusion on $HOOD today we open the path toward further adoption. If we hold the $355-$360 flag break, the path to a higher high between $420-$445 is wide open. Geopolitics are pulling markets every which way, and money as we know it continues to be inflated away. I'm not a doomer, but insurance is wise here - the privacy narrative and continued $ZEC breakout is gaining steam 🌪️
$BTC is extremely resilient as $SPY $QQQ continue to stand on shaky ground at ATHs. Think we might see some rotation out of markets and into crypto if decoupling occurs into the end of Q2 🎯

Every time you starve an old habit, you're feeding the creation of a new one.... 1️⃣ Pinpoint the specific triggers (old paths) that activate your behavior 2️⃣ Deliberately change teh way you react, starve the old pattern/response. That mental strain you feel is growth happening in real time. 3️⃣ Do the thing that will feed the new habit, whatever your chosen replacement behavior is. 4️⃣ Reward yourself, celebrate the small win with some positive reinforcement to cement the new pathway/habit. Rinse/repeat for 30-60 days and the old habit will LITERALLY be gone from your brain. The new pathway will become your default 🧠💡 #habits #psychology #growth #mindset #neuroscience
