Fake recruiters ask developers to run code or install a meeting app, and that request puts malware on the machine. SSP Academy explains where the payload hides and how a second device limits the damage.

One person holds the keys, everyone else hopes. That's self-custody in most households — one seed, one point of failure. Couples and families can share funds and keep separate keys if they decide who holds what. Three questions to answer first 👇 sspwallet.io/en/academy/mult…
The Lightning Network moves bitcoin payments into two-party channels that settle on-chain only when opened and closed. The new SSP Academy article explains how channels work, how cheating is punished, and where Lightning shines.

🚨 Threat Intelligence | Udesk Loads Malicious JS to Steal Data and Alter Deposit Addresses
@SlowMist_Team recently detected an attack involving malicious code injected into scripts associated with the #Udesk customer service system during routine threat intelligence investigations. We obtained and analyzed two #JavaScript samples to trace how the malicious code was loaded into webpages and executed.
🔍 Further analysis revealed two key malicious behaviors:
🔹 The malicious script collects cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and sensitive information submitted through forms and authentication requests, potentially exposing user sessions and account credentials.
🔹 The script replaces deposit addresses displayed on specific websites and tampers with clipboard contents, potentially redirecting deposits to substituted recipient addresses.
MistEye (misteye.io), SlowMist’s Web3 threat intelligence system, promptly disseminated the relevant risk information through its intelligence push and customer alert channels.🫡
🛡️ Recommendations:
Stop serving compromised scripts and restore trusted versions. Investigate data exfiltration records, revoke potentially exposed sessions, and rotate potentially exposed credentials from a clean environment. Independently verify deposit addresses and transaction records through trusted channels.

Stay Vigilant!
A front-end hijack can replace the website you trust while the URL and the contracts stay the same. The new Academy article explains how it happens, what the signed requests look like, and where SSP helps.

Self-custody means your records are yours to keep, the same as your coins. The guide covers what to save for each transaction, a quarterly export routine, CSV exports from SSP Wallet, and how to store everything safely.

"Borrow, don't sell" is the pitch. The catch: your collateral is live the whole time, and the contract can sell it for you the moment your ratio slips — no notice, no appeal. Why liquidations cascade, DeFi vs centralised sspwallet.io/en/academy/defi…
Five questions decide who can move company crypto: who spends, what happens when signers leave, which actions are critical, how payments are checked, and what record is kept. The guide includes a template you can start with.

A backup you've never tested is a hope, not a plan. Backups fail quietly: a smudged word, two lines swapped, paper lost in a move. SSP's two keys each have their own recovery phrase — test both while a mistake costs nothing. Three safe ways to test 👇 sspwallet.io/en/academy/how-…
A hijacked account turns someone else's reputation into an attacker's megaphone. The account being real doesn't make the post real. Check a second official channel, and give any limited-time opportunity an hour: most hijacks don't survive that long.

Soft forks tighten the rules so old nodes still follow, while hard forks can split a coin in two. The guide covers SegWit, Taproot, the Ethereum Classic and Bitcoin Cash splits, and what holders should do around a fork.

Smart contracts can't look anything up — not a price, not a flight time. Oracles carry the data on-chain, and every protocol that uses one inherits its weaknesses. Perfect keys don't fix a bad feed. How they work, and how they're manipulated 👇 sspwallet.io/en/academy/defi…
A hardware wallet is one key on one device — a single point of failure. One phished seed phrase and the funds are gone. With 2-of-2, a thief needs two keys on two devices; one alone signs nothing. You still have to secure both devices and the backup. Why two keys
"My account, my rules"? Not at a bank. Schwab and JPMorgan are blocking AI agents from acting on customers' behalf — the institution decides what may touch your money. SSP can't change that: it's a wallet, not a magic wand. Two keys on two devices, no single point of failure.
A fork doesn't mean a new coin. Soft forks tighten the rules and old nodes still follow. Hard forks change them and old software gets left behind. If a chain splits, your coins exist on both chains — if you hold the keys. How chains change their rules: sspwallet.io/en/academy/gett…
"But it's their real account." Yes, and it can still be a scam. Hijacked accounts push fake airdrops, 'urgent migrations' and security alerts to followers who trust them. The account is real. The post isn't. How to spot one before you act 👇 sspwallet.io/en/academy/secu…
