I measured every roster in college football. 537 schools. 54,622 players. Height, weight, class year, position. Not scouting rankings. Not recruiting-service guesses. The actual bodies on actual rosters. Here's why a JUCO head coach spent his summer doing that. 🧵 – at Anthem, AZ

Tough loss to a good Gila River squad last night. We’ll learn from it, get back to work, and keep moving forward. Here’s what’s ahead for the Sidewinders. Plenty of football left. 🐍🏈 #SidewindersFB #JUCOFootball

🏈 BRING BACK JUCO FOOTBALL TO ARIZONA! 🏈 Vote for the 3 Maricopa County Community College Board candidates this November who are committed to bringing back Junior College football! The opportunities given to young men out of high school to continue playing football while earning an education are priceless. Glendale Community College (GCC) completely changed my life. Without it, there is no way I would be where I am today, and the same goes for so many of my teammates and former players. We need to bring these life-changing programs back for the next generation of student-athletes. 📢 PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AND GET THE WORD OUT! Let's make a change for Maricopa! @JohnCrow8383 @ryancaracciolo #Change4Maricopa #JucoFootball #BringItBack #MaricopaCount #GCCFootball #SaveJucoFootball #CommunityCollege #ArizonaFootball change4maricopa.com/

And then there is the revenue boom with the guaranteed enrollment gain.

And the constraint almost nobody names. For a decade the district's real problem wasn't revenue, it was a 1980's era expenditure limit. They had more money than they could legally spend and had to ask the legislature twice for waivers. Voters permanently fixed that with Prop 486 in November 2024. – at Anthem, AZ

The money exists. The spending authority exists. The levy capacity exists. The board proved all three in one May vote. Nobody needs a legislative session. Seven elected board members can put this back on the agenda. That makes it a priorities argument, not a funding one. I'll take that fight. – at Anthem, AZ
