PS 134 Sharks had a fantastic game versus @STARAcademyPS63. Both teams showed support for each other and the game.

STAR Academy is a small, public school in the East Village, serving families from all 5 boroughs. We are enrolling students in grades K-5 for the 2022-2023 school year.
STAR stands for students taking active roles and we strongly believe that students of all ages can play a meaningful role in their learning, class, school and world! We are committed to culturally responsive and anti-racist curriculum, practices, and ways of being.
STAR students have art, music and physical education embedded into to the school day and can participate in a free onsite afterschool program. To learn more about what makes STAR Academy Shine- visit our website staracademyps63.com or reach out to our parent coordinator

Proud to stand with my 1st grader, fellow families of @STARAcademyPS63 @SchoolTns and our local @UFT members to demand #SafeSchools for our kids and educators. @NYCMayor @DOEChancellor stop putting our families in danger.#Strike4SafeSchools

Today I walked EV school @STARAcademyPS63 with @MarkLevineNYC to talk directly to families. All students must have access to their education, and no staff should feel like they’re putting their own homes at risk to do their job. More resources + testing are urgent priorities.
