At our school's day in Hackney, we got students on the water to soak up the benefits of time outdoors. Lola taught them the basics of sailing before they practised their new skills. Connecting with nature can seriously boost our mood and help us to cope with eco-anxiety. ⛵️🌲😀

Sustainable Development Goal 4 is #QualityEducation and works to ensure everyone has access to inclusive education throughout their lives. The @SailGPGBR team have #SDG4 on their boat this season and are working to increase climate awareness as they travel the world.

Today at the Amex pupils got the opportunity to explore how the body works and how this can be scientifically measured, but also developed transferable communication skills that can used be used in their future careers. Thank you @STEM_Crew and @1851Trust for having us.
