My recommendation would be a formal action tracker and a short performance dashboard covering finance, attendance, commercial revenue, stadium compliance and football availability at every meeting. That would make it considerably harder for issues to roll without accountability.

Man Utd are proof that history can be glorious while the present is stuck buffering. Every season starts with “This is our year” and ends with “at least we’ve got the memories.” Truly innovative - finding a new way to lower expectations every week.
