The divorce took eight years to finish. The August 2023 judgment: $8,000 a month, plus 4.3% of everything she earns above $2 million. She also covers their son's private school, all of his extracurriculars, his medical and dental insurance and his therapy. October 1, 2026: Martinez asks for sole custody and accuses her of choking their 13-year-old son. A judge grants a temporary restraining order, which is not a finding of abuse. October 2026: in court, her lawyer reads his own 2024 declaration that there was no history of domestic violence. He confirms it was true when he made it. She has called paying an ex like this "wrong" and "extortion." She denies his accusations, and her lawyer calls his filing "entirely meritless and deliberately misleading." The case for Olivier: child support belongs to the child, and he says the boy is not safe with her. The case for Halle: she pays for almost everything, and two years ago he declared there was no history of violence. She says she was later given 30 days to leave a house she had been awarded, and that he sold it and "kept all the proceeds." The case for Steve: the 2011 court found her claims were not true, and he had primary custody of Wynton. His lawyers called the $60 million suit "merit-less, frivolous and the allegations are completely false." The case for Mary: she was with him before the TV shows, "in the trunk of the car with him," she says, and the numbers the public has seen come from a document his camp released.
