Models - the new UK content restriction law goes into effect on November 6th. This affects models based everywhere, so please read. The law prohibits the  publication and even the mere possession of certain types of content: most kinds of breath play (face sitting, choking, etc), incestuous relationships (including step-relationships), and anyone pretending to look under 16 (we don’t allow this anyhow) within the UK.  Publication means giving or making it available to another person by any means. HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF If you know you have photos or videos that could be an issue, there is a new “Restrict this content” option in Media Center. Flag it yourself, and that will restrict it from being viewed in the UK. If your post says “my son came over and gave his dad a big load,” but there is nothing in the actual video that establishes this relationship, simply change the text of the post, the text of the store title/description, etc…  HOW JFF IS PROTECTING YOU We scan every new video upload for consent requirements and content restrictions. If we find content that should be restricted in the UK, we will restrict it and you can review it in a new section of your Media Center called Restricted Content. The page will tell you what we found and give you options right on that page to fix it: re-word a post, replace a video with another video, delete the video, or tell us we are wrong, and why you believe we are wrong. A staff member will review your changes. If the system finds enough new content that would fall under this new law, it will start a search into all of your old content. If you know you have a lot of old content that might be an issue, you can also tell the system to look into your old content via this same page. We will then restrict your old content as needed. UK MODELS NEED EXTRA CAUTION It’s not enough just to stop distribution to the UK. You should stop uploading this kind of content to the site and think about deleting it from the site altogether. Consult with a UK Lawyer because there is some gray area around whether you can retain material you appear in. But the safest option is to remove it. IS ALL OF THIS TOO MUCH? If you just want a broad-brush approach to this problem, you can also block the UK entirely from accessing your page. Content that fans have already paid for is not blocked (unless it is separately restricted), but renewals and new subscriptions from UK will be blocked. You do this on Restricted Content page, or on the Model Options page. UK Models, this only solves distribution, as the law also prosecutes possession of material with these depictions. We still recommend you removing the content. If most of your content is fine, doing this would be an overreaction - just block the content you need to.
