Congrats to everyone who completed the St. Joseph Half Marathon earlier today! Always a bit of a tricky course to pace for. @RunnersEdgeKC @StJoMoSports
Great Sunday pacing for the Plaza 10k this past weekend! Congrats to everyone who participated! @RunnersEdgeKC
Fourth year in a row! Almost an ideal morning for a race.
Replying to @SThompson_8
Third year in a row! If only the temperature hadn't been 75 degrees to start.
Was a 1:45 race pacer for this today! Congratulations to all the runners who participated! @RunnersEdgeKC
Always exciting to share the science going on at @KUMedCenter. A cool opportunity to show off the C-Trap work I’ve been a part of in the @Freudlab.
Grateful to host Sen. @JerryMoran and @NIHDirector_Jay in the Freudenthal Lab today. I’m incredibly proud of our trainees, who showcased their work using the @LUMICKS_nl C-Trap and the KU Cryo-EM Facility. Their dedication highlights how federal investment drives discovery and cancer research at @KUcancercenter.
Just got done pacing for the Kansas Half Marathon, always a fun time! @RunnersEdgeKC
Another fun Saturday at the Hometown Half Marathon pacing with @RunnersEdgeKC!
Seems unlikely to be beneficial for the University of Kansas Medical Center @KUMedCenter
For the fifth (!) time in six years: Thank you
@Chiefs and @PatrickMahomes. That's all I have to say.

PEPFAR is one of the most successful global health programs ever.
It provides HIV treatment for over 20 million people.
And now it faces a funding delay of up to 6 months.
Without access to treatment, HIV can rebound in less than a month.
This is self-defeating stupidity.
Went to the @Chiefs game today. Nothing at all interesting happened near the end of the game though.
