Reading a lefty, from Eduardo Pérez — passed down from Lou Brock:
Key on his left foot, the one on the rubber.
Toes lift at the start? He's coming to first.
Toes stay down? He's going home.
Eduardo's advice? One foot tells you everything.⚾

As summer wraps up I’d like to thank @SWFLBaseball1 for a great action packed summer and helping me become a better player , this summer I ran it up to 88 mph and sat in the mid to high 80s 13.2 ip 7h 13ks. Only up from here ✝️

‘28 P Archer Ellis has come out firing. The right handed pitcher is up to 91mph through his 1st inning, lots of eyes watching this arm. Shows great feel for multi pitch mix, all showing great depth and break. Changeup at 83mph and paring it well with his slider in the mid-upper 70’s. Ellis is ranked 38th for SS in the state of of FL, and 256th nationally. #BCS

Summer ball is officially completed. Played great all summer, gave it 110% every time I stepped on the field. My bat was very hot this summer. Hard contact all summer with 100+ EV barrels consistently. Hard work with @crittfit7 has payed off! Big thanks to @SWFLBaseball1! #AGTG

Every hitter I train learns to get behind the ball and why it helps them be more consistent.
It’s what turns weak rollovers into balls you actually drive with authority.
The cue I use the most for this: Keep your eyes behind it and finish all the way through the ball.
This helps you stay on the ball too. (There are many benefits)
These 4 MLB guys do it about as clean as it gets.

Had A great week at wwba with @SWFLBaseball1 loved the experience got some quality mound time in relief against a great squad and only allowed 1 hit and one earned run and was able to work my arsenal and get us out of an jam to keep the scored tied while trusting my defense #agtg

Anthony Cabrera (‘27, FL) lined it hard into the gap for a knock. No-stride lower half as the barrel works short + quick to it. @PG_Uncommitted @Florida_PG #WWBA
