The Florida Bar Board of Governors is back at it again! They are in Tampa this week and kicked off a productive meeting this morning! 😎
As always, our meeting began with an introduction from our @FLBarPresident, Roland Sanchez-Medina, Jr., who set the tone for a great day ahead. President Sanchez-Medina was followed by a welcome from @13thCourtFL Chief Judge Christopher C. Sabella, who welcomed the Board to Tampa and invited them to join him at the Judicial Food Festival tomorrow, hosted by our friends at the @HCBATampaBay and Stetson Law!
We had another special guest from the judiciary; First Circuit Board member Jeremy Branning got to introduce his brother, @SWFLCourts Judge Robert Branning! Judge Branning thanked the Board, encouraged them to discuss the importance of jury service within their communities, and shared his experience with difficulties finding jurors in the 20th Circuit.
It has been a productive day, and we are enjoying the beautiful Tampa weather! ☀️⚖️✨
