Well is this a new trend?
At first I thought it was testimony on soul winning but no, the pastor just married a second wife and the first wife did the announcement.
Straight from Ohio, LifeWorks Church, co-pastored by Prophet Israel T. Ford and Pastor Lydia Ford, just introduced the new wife to the congregation.
My take on this, a church is not a reveal party.
When the pulpit becomes the stage for personal announcements, members stop being a congregation and start being an audience.
