Muskoka Lakes firefighters worked for almost an hour on Tuesdsy to rescue a person trapped in a boat after it collided with a barge and flipped over on Lake Joseph.
Three stations, three fire boats responded. The person was transported in serious condition, and has since been transferred to a trauma facility in Toronto for treatment.
Outstanding job by rescue crews.
