Day 15 of being left cut off from WiFi, Broadband, Internet, & Email. Disconnect first reported to #EclipseInternet on 30 July 2018, who said there appeared to be a 'battery contact fault' on the #telephone line which we needed to report to #BT. @CathyHaglington @AHaglington

#BT have caused massive disruption to our lives and massive damage to our business. Due to a MSF major service fault on our line #BT have left us unable to connect to wifi internet or email for 11 days. "All we can do is apologise" they say. Literally that. :-(

Because of #BT we've had no internet / wifi / email for 11 days. There is a serious fault on our line which #BT have tried to omit from telling us about, probably caused by the local exchange wiring up a new housing estate in #MaryTavy village @MaryTavyDevon #Dartmoor #Devon
