In the 1st-anniversary trailer for #ResidentEvilSurvivalUnit, we get a glimpse of something quite interesting: a building completely overrun by a giant plant.
It immediately brought to mind Dorothy and the abandoned hospital.
Luckily, this game features Alyssa and her V-JOLT.
While aboard Rodrigues's helicopter, Mark finds a flask.
Upon examining it, he remarks that Bob would have loved it and that he should leave it at his grave.
The reference to Bob's grave is likely symbolic, considering that we left his body on the roof of Jack's Bar.

Since it's Halloween, let's revisit the old legend of Jack's Bar being haunted.
Screams can be heard in certain rooms, and objects mysteriously fall, as if some unseen presence were out to get us.
As the story goes, Cindy had been experiencing these phenomena for quite some time.
It’s interesting to see how the franchise’s approach to cigarette censorship has changed over the years.
In the original game, Chris’s entire intro sequence was cut; in Underbelly, an advertisement was replaced with a warning; and by Village, Chris could smoke freely.

Apparently, A Day in Raccoon was supposed to feature several tapes for players to find.
Various images show the survivors around several TVs
These tapes may have been intended to tell Nick Romaga’s story, judging by the level’s dialogue, which can still be found in the game files
I’ve always found it funny that the platform near the Galaxie 5000 was redesigned in #REOutbreak for the sole purpose of preventing us from taking that route, restoring power, and escaping on the train.
By the way, how did Monica manage to open the gate with no power?

Now that we know some zombies survived the missile strike, a question has come to mind.
In "Wild Things", we could leave Oscar locked up and walk away without killing him.
So, is it possible that a zombie elephant could still be wandering the streets of Raccoon City near the zoo?
Haven’t done one of these in a while.
I found another spot where you can shoot at the camera, just like in the classic games.
I know it’s not an Easter egg like in #RE2, but it’s always fun finding other places where you can do this.

And today, in Characters Who Know Each Other, Forest and Jan.
Jan was one of the best hackers in the city.
According to the BIOHAZARD Complete Capture Manual, Forest specialized in cybercrime, so he may have had his eye on her, especially since she was trying to hack the RPD.
How often could you apply to join S.T.A.R.S.?
I'd guess once a year, around October.
Kevin failed twice, so he probably applied in 1996 and 1997.
Imagine his face when they accepted an 18-year-old rookie and someone nicknamed "Chicken Heart".

When the original #RE2 was released, Katherine Warren's real name was still unknown.
Even the manhua released that same year referred to her as Amy Chan.
This carried over into #REOutbreak, where a roll of film bears a label reading "Mayor's Daughter" rather than her actual name.
Although each room was designed separately, great care was taken to ensure that everything fit together seamlessly.
For example, the men's restroom features the underside of the staircase leading to the 2nd floor, a detail we probably wouldn't even notice if it weren't there.
It seems that right after offering to guide them through the Arklay Mountains, Dr. Lester takes off, leaving the group behind.
This prompts a range of amusing reactions from the protagonists, from Alyssa hurling insults at Lester to Jim flipping a coin to decide which way to go.
I know this place is called Raccoon City, but I’m still surprised by how many products have “Raccoon” in their name.
There’s Juicy Raccoon, Raccoon beer, and even potato chips featuring Mr. Raccoon, although they went with his Outbreak version rather than the orange one.

“Wild Things” could have been almost twice as big.
The entire savanna area is visible on the zoo map, but unfortunately, the gate leading to it will be closed.
Had we been able to enter, we would have reached an even larger area extending into the city streets.

No one knows who built this cabin along one of the paths in the Arklay Mountains; however, it is likely that quite a few people lived in places like this.
For instance, in the non-canon radio play, the protagonist, lived with her grandfather in the Mountains, near Stone Ville.
It’s October 1st... once again.
On a day like this in 1998, the few lucky souls who managed to escape Raccoon City at the last minute had no choice but to watch as the place where they had endured countless horrors was destroyed right before their eyes.
