I saw my surgeon today and I could get my surgery done early January, which is incredibly soon! So it’s all systems go on raising the funds, I truly appreciate shares. You just never know who will see it (preferably a millionaire). gofund.me/f532872e8

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far and a reminder to friends and family NOT to donate (unless you've won the lottery and not told me). #ehlersdanlossyndrome #EDS #ehlersdanlos @ehlersdanlosuk @TheEDSociety

I can’t tell you how much a share on this means and what it could do. You just never know where that it could end up and who it resonates with. When I say I’m desperate for this surgery, I absolutely mean it. Thank you for reading. ❤️ gofund.me/029ee8ecb #ehlersdanlos

Also, it says the target is £18k but it's actually approx £40k - as GoFundMe use automated goal setting (I didn’t know this until now) 🙃

Today has been a lot. It’s definitely a find out who your friends are moment.

Especially when I know everyone has their own worries and expenses. The last thing I want is for anyone to feel pressured or obligated to donate. That’s partly why it’s taken me so long to agree to this.

But the reality is that I need help, and I’ve reached a point where I have to put my pride aside and accept that. Sharing this link would mean so much. Thank you for reading. C

Is it weird that we immediately thought of you when we saw this collection of random discarded items, @bushontheradio?

'A chronic-illness influencer won’t want to get “better” any more than a female-bodied transgender person would want to re-identify with their sex.' @kafkaswife. Wow. You wouldn't last a day with a chronic illness, Poppy. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/09…

People who don’t pronounce their t’s shouldn’t be allowed to be a radio DJ.

The amount of women who’ve weighed in (no pun intended) on our new PM’s wife’s choice of dress. And not only that, throwing awful comments around on ‘flat chest’ - which is actually from a preventative double mastectomy.

Imagine going through such a scary day with the press, only to read disgusting comments like the many I’ve seen. Nothing about how lovingly Burnham looks at her or how solid they appear. So disappointing.

Replying to @bushontheradio
@bushontheradio They still sell the whistle sweets at pharmacies! The chemist opposite Chalkwell Park has them on the counter, I get one for my husband (if he’s been good). 🍭

Not only has the pharmacy been taken over and gone to shit, they don’t have whistle sweets anymore. Wouldn’t want you to go in there and be disappointed! Reliable on the Fisherman’a Friends front though.
