I think ppl who say u cant use ai for art lack creativity For example what if u use to generate an image of a robot then hand paint a beautiful image of a human punching that robot hence making the art transformative and having used ai to generate the robot adds narrative

It all goes back to the urinal argument for me anything can be art but it depends on the direction and vision behind it That said ai slop is definitely real and it should rly only be a tool not a replacement for skill and creativity
