This from the health director who ordered Ohio’s schools closed first in the nation, who shut thousands of small businesses that never reopened, who told Ohioans 100,000 were infected when the state had 5 confirmed cases — and called it a “guesstimate” the next day. The woman whose own daughter called 9-1-1 on her in 2019 and told the dispatcher “mom has been drinking, throwing things and breaking glass.”
